Anh Hoàng, kiến trúc sư kiêm chủ quán chia sẻ: “Mình chỉ muốn tạo ra một không gian khiến ai đến cũng như trở về chính căn nhà của mình, thoải mái thưởng thức một ly cà phê hay thoát khỏi thành phố xô bồ”.

Cửa hàng cà phê 81 còn có nhiều kệ chất đầy sách do chính chủ quán sưu tầm và những người bạn mang đến. Thư giãn với những trang sách hay thưởng thức những bản nhạc du dương sẽ giúp bạn quên đi lo toan trong cuộc sống thường nhật.

Đa số khách đến quán đều thích chỗ ngồi phía trong cùng, khu vực không lợp mái để ánh sáng tự nhiên lọt vào. Những cơn gió trời bất ngờ sẽ mang đến cho bạn cảm giác thư thái và nhẹ nhàng.

Trong quán có một căn phòng chứa đầy hoài niệm tuổi ấu thơ được chăm chút tỉ mỉ đến từng góc nhỏ.

1. Hôm trước tôi có trả lời một cuộc phỏng vấn, có một câu hỏi thế này: “anh hãy chia sẻ những khó khăn khi lập nghiệp ở Sài Gòn?”. Tôi trả lời cũng dài, nhưng đại ý rằng: Sài Gòn là một mảnh đất tốt để lập nghiệp, tuy nhiên, vì nó quá tốt nên cơ hội không chia đều cho mọi người và khó khăn lớn nhất ở Sài Gòn, nếu có, chính là từ người lập nghiệp, Sài Gòn không phụ ai cả.

Sài Gòn chưa từng phụ ai. Bạn cứ tin tôi. Bạn chỉ cần biết sống và chịu sống, biết làm và chịu làm, biết chơi và chịu chơi, theo cách của Sài Gòn.

3. Mỗi ngày ở Sở KH & ĐT có mấy trăm cái giấp phép kinh doanh được cấp mới, tôi hay ngồi nghe người ta đọc tên các công ty mới thành lập và cố đoán xem đó là một công ty như thế nào. Ví như tôi đoán công ty TNHH Quán Nhỏ Ven Đường có thể là một doanh nghiệp dịch vụ ẩm thực, do một nữ chủ nhân còn khá trẻ điều hành, công ty này chắc chắn đã có đầu tư một nhà hàng hoặc một quán ăn, và có thể là thực đơn sẽ gồm nhiều các món dân dã hoặc đặc sản địa phương.

Có một điều tôi thường đoán trúng, đó là các công ty được thành lập từ sự bắt tay của một vài người bạn, nó sẽ mang những cái tên dễ nhận biết, ví như Cty Tình Bạn. Cty Bạn Bè, Cty Bằng Hữu, Cty Anh Em, hoặc đôi khi cụ thể hơn bằng cách ghép tên của các sáng lập viên, kiểu cty Phước Lộc Thọ hay P.L.T Co. Ltd.

Cá nhân tôi rất tin tưởng và quí trọng tình bạn, nhưng cũng bằng kinh nghiệm của tôi, tôi cho rằng tình bạn để cùng nhau lập công ty phải là một tình bạn cực kỳ tốt, đã có thời gian thử thách khá lâu, phải có sự hy sinh và cống hiến cho nhau thật nhiều… mà ngay cả khi bạn tin rằng mình có một tình bạn tốt cỡ đó, bạn cũng nên gìn giữ nó thật kỹ thay vì đem thử thách nó vào một công ty.

4. Hôm rồi tôi có kể chuyện về Nha Trang họp lớp cũ, đó là lần đầu tiên tôi gặp lại nhiều bạn bè sau 20 năm kể từ khi rời ghế trường trung học. Các bạn tôi hầu hết vẫn ở Nha Trang, có bạn vào Sài Gòn học nhưng vẫn quay về Nha Trang làm việc và lập gia đình. Các bạn nói chung đều có cuộc sống tốt và khá yên bình, trừ một hai trường hợp đặc biệt, đa số đều đi làm cho nhà nước, hoặc một công ty của có vốn của nhà nước kiểu Khatoko hay Yến Sào, Du Lịch. Các bạn đều vui vì có dịp được ngồi với nhau, và ngạc nhiên thay, các bạn cũng thừa nhận rằng đây cũng chính là lần đầu tiên sau 20 năm các bạn mới ngồi với nhau, dù hầu hết đều đang sống ở Nha Trang, một thành phố ven biển nhỏ bé.

Khi tâm sự riêng, hoặc nhóm, với tôi, các bạn đều có ý cho rằng không giống như Sài Gòn sôi động, Nha Trang là một thành phố nhỏ, yên bình, nên cuộc sống của các bạn bị trôi nhanh, bị vuột đi trong lo toan thường nhật mà có rất ít những dấu ấn hoặc sự kiện đáng nhớ nào. Tôi cũng tin vào điều đó.

Một hôm tôi bỗng tự hỏi: không biết một Sài Gòn sôi động đã tạo ra những con người năng động, mạnh mẽ… hay chính những người năng động, mạnh mẽ đã tạo ra một Sài Gòn sôi động như hôm nay???

TID’s (Tracking ID’s) can be entered into CBPRESS through the global settings system to track sales on a site by site basis. If you have multiple web sites working with the same ClickBank affiliate ID, this TID is essential in pinpointing the site that is providing you with the most sales.

If you have found a product that converts fairly well, product specific TID’s can be used to track the sales through different pitch pages to identify which page is converting better. Compare each page’s views with the number of sales … the conventional metric is sales per view, which is a ratio that would be less than 1. Once you determine the highest converter, you can focus your traffic on that page and possibly start another A-B test to see if you can improve conversions even more.

Cautions with A-B testing:

  • Your copy for each test needs to be UNIQUE. Do not create duplicate content issues for yourself when you are testing sales.
  • Make sure you are tracking the views on each page you are testing for sales conversions.  Your sales data is meaningless unless you are tracking it against traffic.
  • Conversion changes can be very dramatic across pages.  Consider the tone of your sales pages – compare emotional appeals to more factual writing and see which page converts better.
  • Consider Refunds in your comparison!  If your conversions increase but your refunds have also increased, consider a new approach.  This is especially important if you are buying traffic.

If your baby has a head full of hair, it can often turn staticky once your baby’s hair comes in friction with the pillow or bed surface. You may also notice patches of hair that stand out in your baby’s hair as a result of static electricity.

How To Use Coconut Oil On Baby Hair?

  1. Take a little bit of coconut oil and rub it between your palms to make it warm. Apply it all over your baby’s hair and make sure it is spread evenly. Take special care to apply it on those areas where your baby’s head is mostly in contact with the pillow or the surface of the bed.
  1. Once your baby wakes up and gets out of bed, try using a very fine-toothed comb or baby hair brush to brush back baby’s hair in place.
  1. If your baby does not like you combing or brushing his hair, you can still smooth his hair by using your fingers.

Coconut oil is an amazing natural cure that has many benefits for your baby. Even though it is considered safe, make sure you speak to your baby’s doctor before your baby ingests it. So, ensure that you only use coconut oil topically unless your doctor says that your baby can consume it.
